At present, the options for buying tickets are as follows:
- Through a member of the orchestra that you know. It is nice to have friends within the orchestra, and they appreciate your support at concerts.
- By reserving them in advance, and collecting them at the concert venue door. This method requires a phone call (see below for full details), and the tickets are put out for collection before each concert. Simply ask for them by name, and hand over the money in payment.
- By post. This method requires you to send a cheque together with a stamped addressed envelope to the Secretary (see below for full details). You should receive the tickets by return within a few days. This method has the advantage as it means you don't have to queue to pay for them. Once payment is received, tickets are despatched by Royal Mail. (Postal orders will not be accepted less than four days before a concert.)
- At the door (though popular concerts will sell out beforehand - be warned!)
Cheques should be made payable to "Sutton Coldfield Orchestra".
Unless otherwise stated on this website, seating is unreserved unless otherwise requested beforehand. If you have a special need for seating (particularly wheelchair users) you must contact the orchestra so that the arrangements can be confirmed beforehand. Please note that Sutton Coldfield Orchestra cannot guarantee special seating requirements where these are not booked in advance.
